Bestbreakie.com.au (hereafter referred to as the 'Site') is a web site service operated by Best Breakie that provides breakfast related information and news on cafes, restaurants and other businesses surrounding the breakfast industry. It is imperative that you read, understand and agree to the terms of this Charter before using our services and this Site. By using any feature of our Site, you agree to be legally bound by our Charter.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

We are not privy to the contract or dispute and shall not become involved.

3. We disclaim any and all liability for the acts, omissions, and conduct of any third-party users, Best Breakie users, advertisers, and/or sponsors on the Site, in connection with the Site, or otherwise related to your use of the Site.

4. You agree that your use of the Site is at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

1.
